Photographs of your actual work. Most small business websites look poor because the photos are poor, not because the design is. I'll come out and photograph what you've done properly, and cut a couple of short videos you can use on Facebook and Instagram too.
Live inside two weeks. Once I've got what I need from you, it's a fortnight, not three months.
Looked after afterwards. Prices change, staff change. Message me and it's done, usually the same day.

Who you'd be dealing with
I'm Austin, I'm based in Haywards Heath, and Redbrook is just me. I'm already working with local businesses — including my dad's plumbing firm, whose site I built and look after. That means you're not handed to an account manager, you don't wait a week for a reply, and the person who builds your site is the person who answers when you ring.
